Trapped in Siren Boss Fight in Act 4 (POE2)

I was fighting the Act 4 Siren Boss, then she just swam away and never came back. I tried relogging and even resetting my game and it just puts me back in the arena where there is no boss and the water wall is still up. I cannot use a home portal due to it still thinking I'm in a boss fight.
