Spirit reservation controller UI issue

Player has 30 unreserved spirit and tries to socket Vitality II into Malice from scepter. The cost of Vitality II is 40 spirit, therefore game blocks user from placing the support in the socket. However the player plays Tactician with 50% less reservation of permanent buff skills, which makes Vitality II cost only 20 spirit. In order to socket the support one needs to free some spirit, socket the support and turn on whatever was disabled in order to free some spirit.

TL;DR

Using controller UI support gems don't take Tactician's 50% off reservation into account in order to not block socketing support gems.
