0 Citadel maps

Im level 93 and i dont have any citadel map. I can progress with boss atlas points and nothing. I discover a big big siza of atlas map searching citadels and nothing. Im bugged or what?

I have already post about this twice on this forum and nothing has changed, the citadels have not appeared. |

What helped me to finaly find citadels was goin in one direction only, after like 6 towers i saw the first cluster of 3 appear, found 6 sofar. Lev 90 and 94
