Rhoa Companion often stuck and becomes not affected by "Direct Minions" command

The use case is to get rhoa back to me from battle after i had to dismount. But alas, quite often it got stuck and don't react to this input. This includes the case "after the battle" when no enemies are left - rhoa still won't react until it maunted again.
Happens not everytime, but like >60% times. seems something linked to being in battle.

For the record my rhoa links are elemental army, loyalty & brutus' brain (elemental army is redundand but whatever)
