Problem with Mission Treasures of Utzaal

Pick up The Hammer of Kamasa
I’ve already completed the quest several times, but the Hammer of Kamasa never dropped. Because of this bug I’m completely stuck and can’t progress further. Please provide a quick solution. I’m attaching a screenshot of the boss being defeated.Please either mark this quest as completed for me or reset the drop of the Hammer of Kamasa, as I’m unable to progress without it.
