Weapon points missing

Hello everyone. I'm missing 2 weapon points. I can't find a solution, so I need some help. According to the map, I've killed all the bosses that grant those 2 points, and the quest is marked as completed. I'm now in the endgame, and those 2 points are really important. Many other players have reported the same issue, but the developers haven't responded yet.
