Rounding Error on Spirit % Reservation Efficiency prevents socketing supports

Setup:
Amulet with +45 Spirit Mana Remnants socketed with Clarity 1, Remnant Potency 1, & Harmonic Remnants 2 Archmage(20%) with Lightning Mastery Despite the 10% reservation efficiency reducing the cost down to 90, there's only 14 available spirit instead of 15, making it impossible to socket something like Mysticism.
