trial of sekemah disconnect

i completed the 3rd trial of the sekemah, was walking into the next room to click the altar to get my ascendancy points, when i got disconnected. at any other point in the trial, i'm pretty sure a disconnect would have resulted in being allowed to pick up where i left off. unfortunately for me, when i logged back in (less than a minute later), i was at the start of the trial, my trial had closed, i could not go back in to get my points. an hour of work discarded, in no way my own fault. please do something about this.

p.s. to add insult to injury that was the only 3 trial token i had....

edit: even worse i can't figure out how to search for 3 trial tokens in trade
