Steam online Filter

Hello, I am having a problem using the online item filter with my Steam account. At first, I thought it was just a general issue, but after researching more, I found out that some people have managed to use it while others are having the same problem as me. I have already followed some steps suggested by the community, including syncing my Steam and GGG accounts. Initially, I thought that just because I play through Steam, it would already be synced with GGG, but later I saw that there was a way to link a specific email for the POE website. I made the link, and even so, the option in the game under config/game/filter still doesn't allow me to refresh, and nothing appears in the filters. A few clarifications before anything else: I can use the local filters, that is, documents/my games/poe2, but I am about to go on a trip where I plan to use some cloud application to play, so I need the online filter. If anyone can help, I would be grateful in advance haha.
