Broken Unique Interactions

So Rathpith globe dont work with crown of eyes like it should hp dont scale damage every 100 hp and half the time dont count blood mages extra hp pool and add ZERO extra crit even tho it should with the Crown of eyes

Then there is the build The last Lament witch break and the gun dont function like it should and acts like its a slow ass pice of trash out on no where.

This is a build you advertised that you have broken WTF is wrong with all the Broken skill gems and busted interaction between gear that worked fine in the last build but now works half the time and not the other this is not enjoyable.

as for the last lament very disappointed, had mate grind for 1 week spend 100 bucks on ya macro transactions and he gets to have fun for 10 mins till his build gos nope not functioning any more WTF is this.

Where does Crown of Eyes mention scaling crit? But not scaling regular attack damage sounds like a potential bug

right above where it says 10% extra damage for every 100 hp is says 5% crit chance for every 100hp none of it scales every 100 hp and the crit chance % dont change at all
and its not on crown of eyes the crown makes any changes to spells affect attacks

....that isn't what Crown of Eyes does though. It doesn't change "any and all modifiers that affect spells" to also affect attacks.
Crown of Eyes only affects "% increased Spell Damage" modifiers (and reduced).

The "Non-Channeling Spells deal 10% increased damage per 100 maximum life" doesn't work with Crown of Eyes because, rather than providing a modifier affecting a certain type of damage, it provides a modifier that affects a certain type of skill.
