weapon points missing

I've noticed that I'm missing 2 weapon points. The item that would have given me those last points didn't drop when I killed the Yeti. The map shows that I killed him, though. Why isn't support responding to this issue? Many other players are having the same problem. I've seen several posts about it, but the developers haven't responded anywhere.
