Act 4 The Search Quest Bug

Hi,

I killed the Prisoner in the Solitary Confinement and killed Scourge of th Skies, traveled to Arastas but can't proceed the Quest. I grabbed both weapon pieces but the quest log sill states "Explore the Islands in search of other weapon pieces". I killed them several times now, checked every island. Cant reset or proceed any furhter.
