First Herald fight PoE 2 - His people needed him

More of a bug report for future consideration, but while fighting the First Herald on PoE 2, we killed each other at the same time in a spectacle of mutual destruction. I respawned at the checkpoint outside the arena and he went through about half his death animation, then as he was rising into the air he just... kept going. Completely disappeared off the screen, no loot drop, no Karui chief jumping in with his axe, just an empty arena. Had to reset the entire instance and do the fight over to fix it.
