Trial of Chaos bugged

One of the bugs is in the room with he soul cores where you pick them up and place them in the holders to move to the next room. When the bug happens I lose life permanently as if the soul core was still in my hands/on my person and that is followed me into every room after that one. So I die no matter what because I have no way of out healing the "bleed" from the soul core. Now the other bug I have had is the same thing but I didn't have the soul core. This is getting infuriating. Losing EXP is the worst feeling in this game but I have accepted that it is a part of the game but now dying to bugs and losing the EXP is making me want to just uninstall and move on from this game. Some other bugs that have happened in the trail of chaos is becoming stuck in place after the tether heart hits me and the i could not move again. To make it very clear I did NOT die there I was frozen on the screen in place in a roll animation and my friend cleared the room and was able to move on. I was stuck in place and yet again bleeding from nothing around me or on me or under me and no debuffs just magically bleeding out. I was able to quit and save my EXP in that one.
