Banned players do not have their Merchant tab listings removed from trade

There are listings that are around 8 days old at the time of posting that are permanently stuck on the instant buyouts on trade which cannot be bought, as trying to teleport to their hideout notifies you that the seller was banned or the item no longer being available. This is resulting in fake listings on the Instant Buyout section.

Heart of the Well with 4 unrevealed modifiers has a few listings at 8 and 9 divines that can't be bought. Non-corrupt Threaded Light with 12% spell damage per 10 spirit has 2 listings at 12 and 15 exalts that also can't be bought.
