Bug ID 3898624481 - Treasures of Utzaal

After killing the Boss in the Molten Vault he did not drop the Quest Item. Hhe died within the first lava phase while stunned.
Reloading the area and killing him again (explicitly outside of the lava) does not work and he does not drop the quest item again. (tried two additional times) Screenshots:
