Preserved Collarbone delete a prefix

So, after finishing crafting my ring, I threw the Collarbone at it, thinking I had free mods, and it erased a T2 fire flat. Obviously, after two light mods, I didn't get that valuable modifier back. I repeat, the ring had 6 mods, and it erased a prefix.

Desecrating an item adds an Unrevealed Desecrated modifier. If modifiers are full then a random modifier is also removed.
