Stuck Entering Ngakanu - RP walk

Hello,

When arriving at the Isle of Ngakanu, my character just RP walks, and I cannot use a single ability, not even portal.

I tried to respawn, create new instances, and close the game. I am just unable to play the zone.

Moreover, when I try to log in with Ctrl + click (creating a new instance), I get sent back to the login screen. By repeating the process, it does not crash, but still no changes (cannot use abilities and RP walk).
