Game crashed and has wiped my hardcore character

Game has creashed and closed the game down. When opened again the whole character has been sent to the normal leauge. These crashes are a joke and that is hours and hours of grinding gone.

You need to create a support option to reinsate the character back to hardcore when you can see it is due to crashes.
