Strongboxes makes character unuseable Ref number 3815359209

Sometimes when I open a strongbox, I lose control over my character. Not stunned, not freeze, total control loss over my character, I cant move I cant do anything. I have double checked if it was a reading mistake, but it happened to me a couple of times in 3 days. I wont be opening strongboxes this season.
