Uniques getting lost when placing in stash

I had recently acquired a Sanguis Heroum Staunching Charm but when placing it in my unique stash tab, the item was then lost.

I have it set so that unique items automatically get placed into the unique tab. I was open to a tab I had marked for crafting. I held down control, and then clicked the item. The tab shifted over to the unique tab, and to the charm page as it would do when placing an item, but the item was nowhere to be seen on the tab page. I checked the other unique tab I had and it wasn't there either

The item appears to be completely lost. Please look into this, if there is an issue causing items to get lost even just rarely, that should be investigated asap.

Check your Flask affinity tab. Charms will go there.

I appreciate it, had no idea that they could end up there. Found another charm I forgot I had even had.
