Big problem with the endgame atlas.

Hello,

I contacted your service a few days ago to let you know that I have several points on my atlas where no path passes. Unfortunately, I am not the only one.
It is a bug in my atlas, and therefore in the game.
I have also encountered a problem three times where, when I have to face Varloc and Avelyne on a single map, nothing happens.
Avelyne dances and spins around, Varloc remains seated and does not move, the fight never starts, and I have been forced to abandon three maps in this way.
I am left with an Atlas with several bugged paths and failed maps through no fault of my own.

I plan to start a new character, and I'm asking you, so as not to spoil my enjoyment of the game any further, if you could completely reset my endgame Atlas, as well as the Atlas points I've earned?

As a very active player in the game's microtransactions, I really want to get my money's worth and enjoy myself without suffering from major bugs.
