From nothing Diamond bug

The hollow palm from nothing diamond gem is bugged. Slotting the gem does not let you use hollow palm techniqu. You can only put points in the aura and not even on hollow palm. It sucks cause I thought it was just a bug for the monk class but it is not. Is anyone else having this issue and does ggg know about it
