Expedition - getting Runic splinters needs to be changed

Expediton as it is probably needs update anyway cause its too craft oriented compared to PoE1 version. No need to have 3 different vendors for crafting different item types. One should be enough as Rog in PoE1. Tujen could again have currency shop so even non-crafting players can have some rewards from Expedition. Gwennen unfortunately cant have Gamble cause its already in game anyway. She could have recombinator in-built in her shop.

But biggest problem with even farming expediton is getting Atlas points from mechanic. Unlike other mechanics where you get spinters to Boss fights for Atlas points direcly in maps from said mechanic, Expedition in maps drops nothing naturaly and spliters drop only in Logbooks.

Loogbook drop rate is very low with dedicated Tablets and rolled high tier maps. Even with best possible detonations with Logbook chance and many red flags with Runic monsters and potentialy modifiers like Duplicated Runic monsters etc. Logbooks rarely drop.

Its actually ok for Logbooks to have such lower drop rate because they are quite profitable (like in PoE1), but whole runic splinters shouldnt be locked in them. You can have high 90+ char with whole Altas and Uber Arbiter and other bosses done and yet Expedition is still maximally 4/8, unless you buy splinters directly.
