Doedres Undoing counts 100 energy in meta skills?

I put a curse skill in meta skill, it costs 70 energy because of 0.7 seconds cast time.

However, if you put Doedres Undoing in the meta skills too. It will costs 170 energy to cast. Is it a bug that Doedres costs 100 energy?

I use spellsingger meta skill.

Can someone explain is this a bug?

I can not use curse with this support in meta skill since it costs more than double energy

Doedre's Undoing doesn't just support a curse, it also provides a skill with a trigger: Doedre's Dark Design. Which has a 1s cast time, explaining the 100 energy cost.

It sounds like Doedre's Undoing won't work with meta skills in general, because the meta skills would give a second trigger condition to Doedre's Dark Design--which should disable it.
