Atlas node links are frequently buggy

In the cropped screenshot above, the Moment of Zen node is shown connected to a completed node to the south-east.

However, I am unable to open the Moment of Zen node; instead, I can open the Lofty Summit node as shown in the screenshot, which is NOT connected to any completed node.

I run into so many of these it is not even funny anymore.

How could something as fundamental to the endgame as showing which nodes are connected to each other, be done so horribly badly and buggy?
