Kabala Clan Relic not Dropping

The Kabala Clan Relic dropped for me then I died. I’ve been farming for six hours now and it hasn’t dropped yet. Yes I got the other one. Yes I put it in the medallion holder. And now it just won’t drop. I’m not gonna make another character. I’m just gonna wait for them to fix it. Please fix…
