Frozen in place at Zarokh Temporal boss

I got through the entire trial and was beating Zarokh. I had 1829 honor left, full health, and boss had 1/4 of health bar left. He gave his cue for sands of time and I instantly became frozen in place. The boss did not reappear at all. I've been sitting in this spot for 10 minutes now trying to figure out how to get it undone because I don't want to go through the slog of Sekhema again. My rhoa mount is moving around, i'm talking to people so it's not like i'm lagging out or something lol.

Returning to character login screen did get me unstuck and I was able to go back to the boss right away BUT I went in with the honor I left with but had to do the entire fight over again which I ultimately lost because I was handicapped. Just FYI for anyone reading this and has had the same thing happen to them, you can return back to the fight but be on your A game. I was not.
