Breach domain without Xesht

Hi,

I just launched a lvl 2 Xesht instance with 100 breach splinters.
I entered, lauchned and finished the breach inside. Then I have been teleported back to the enter of the instance with all the breach rewards.
I took it and went back to the bridge for Xesht access, but the bridge is not there. The instance is down, i can make a portal to the city, but i can't encounter Xesht so my splinters are in trash.

Is that a known bug, could we stop to launch xesht instances ?
