ingenuity bug?

hello, i dont know if it is intended or a bug but i can't use "rite of passage" charm with ingenuity belt -thawing charm also doesn't work-. maybe the charm usage mods on ingenuity bugs the charms?

Increased Charm Charges Used will make you unable to use charms that normally use all their charges per use, so yes.

Found this out too, I hope wearing the belt would update the tooltip on the charms.
