Lags and Bugs

hi, iam playing Lightning Teleportation Bloodmage on poe2 on Rise of the abyysal realm

1)
most of the time i have massive performance problems : Ping 20-50000, not constant bad just peeking sometimes followed by forced disconnect or death . its not my internet i checked that multiple times.

2)
Some bosses arent working as the should. sometimes lifebars disapper , sometimes boss is un-target-able or take 0 dmg or doesnt go into secound or thrid phase.

i reinstalled game via steam and did let steam check date multiple times.
nothing works.

i play on 4k with a Rtx5080 , i7 13700k , 32gb ram, 2 monitor
