Same here . I did the instance 3 times and the boss does not drop the hammer. On my previous character he did , not sure why it didn't this time.
Only difference I can think of is I did the Apex of Filth before Molten Vault on the character that it's not dropping for,but after on the one it worked for, not sure if that matters. Last edited by Gilcroix#3433 on Sep 23, 2025, 1:59:01 AM
