TOC is broken , cant progress acendancy???

I Completed act two trial and made two attempts on chimera key now its bugged tried another reg key and cannot progress my ascendancy. restarted many times and still can't enter new trial. I submitted a ticket and was given this response

So basically no response here either. So I cannot progress and there to busy to HELP.

What is the area level (and number of trials) of the Inscribed Ultimatum? And does it show on the tooltip, that it "grants ascendancy skill points"?

If you don't use the quest Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum, then you need for your 2. ascension at least a level 55 Inscribed Ultimatum. Look at the table in Ascendancy class (I don't know how often I posted this link here in this forum :-).

So if you have lost the quest item, then you need wait until your character is high enough or you run a Trial of the Sekhemas with 2 floors (level 45+).

Cause in the "Version history" of the link:
