[ Skill bug ] Lightning Warp cannot case on culled monsters.

After monster have very low life then it is have blue light on it. I try to cast Lightning Warp skill on it but it is cost mana and spark effect of the skill but my character didn't Warp to monster and no damage at all.

i have the same issue i though it was normal or they update something so you can only use ball of lightning to warp
