Rogue Exiles in Abyss

Something has to be wrong with either Rogue Exiles on the Overrun abyss maps or when using the Omen of Reinforcements to cause 2 exiles to spawn.

I've been spending a lot of time hunting for Heart of the Well diamonds from the Lichborn Exiles and it has been horrible.

I get Exiles spawn ON TOP of lines of abyss but don't respawn as Lichborn.

Same. I've been trying to target the diamond and can't seem to get one.
