I completed the Molten Vault twice but it doesn't drop the Hammer of Kamasa so I can't complete the mission

The quest unlocks the workbench. Have either of you already leveled up a character? Because this only happened to me with my second character. I think it's because the workbench was already unlocked.??

It is happening to me too. But it is true that this is with my second character indeed, so I do have the bench unlocked.
