Can't link my accounts.

Im having a bit of trouble linking my PoE 1 and PoE 2 accounts. Which is pretty much stone walling me from using item filters. I've also noted that while i bought the Liberator of Wraeclast support pack, under my account microtransactions it said i purchased it... but it does not say i own it, but i am able to use all of the items from the support pack. Trying to access the games website on xbox proves unfruitful as i get stuck on the security screen that verifies i am not a robot.

Im old, technology seems to move much faster than i can keep up with. If anyone has any ideas please help.
