Last Lament Requiem "Still" bugged

The skill Requiem is still bugged and gets cancelled by a huge number of factors. Using a charm, using a flask, walking into terrain, being hit (not just heavy hits) even using the skill itself will sometimes just cancel itself out. Considering this has apparently been an issue from day one and you've just done the build of the week featuring it, might be the time to look at it.
Especially now that the price of even running this build in full has gone completely mental since the showcase. It's such a fun skill, really hope you guys can do a quick hot fix on it. Especially as it'll probably be nerfed next league.

I'm experiencing the same issues.
