Stuck in Black Cathedral – Boss and Character Died Simultaneously (No Loot, No Exit)

Dear Grinding Gear Games Support Team,

Good evening,

I’m writing to report a critical issue I encountered in Path of Exile 2. My character is currently stuck inside the Black Cathedral.

During the boss fight, both the boss and my character died at the same time in the final phase of the battle. When I respawned at the last checkpoint and returned to the arena, I found:

The boss is dead and does not respawn,

I did not receive any loot or quest reward, and

There is no exit or way to progress – I’m completely stuck in the Black Cathedral.

I have tried restarting the game and reloading the instance, but the situation remains unchanged.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know how to proceed, as I’m unable to continue progressing with my character.
