Boss not taking damage, maybe stuck in transition

The Black Crow Boss in Blooming fields stopped taking damage in first phase at around 60% health. I did not burst it down instantly, was fighting it for at least 10-15s. My guess is that this is some bug with the phase transition, possibly related to either freeze or burst damage.

Have same clitch on this boss as well right now.

Update: Tested two things
1. Exiting to character select, starting from hideout and rejoining
2. Letting the boss kill me to retry the boss
Neither of these helped, when the boss reset after I let it kill me it started at full hp but had the same behavior at around the same hp
