Stuck in the Ground

While juping into an Abyssal Depths & having the Shroud Walker effect from the Headhunter belt i get teleported to the monster while im jumoing and i jumo into the grounds and im stuck in the instance in the ground and i cant move or attack and i just have to quit or wait until i die
