Extra Rage is Generated During Flicker Strike, Or Combo is not properly generated

If you put rage support on flicker strike, you will generate rage every three hits, that seems to work as expected?

That said, you only ever generate combo per cast, perhaps also intended?

However, rage support reads "Generate three rage on melee hit" Okay cool, generating on melee hit, every power charge, a bit unintuitive that it's not on every hit, but whatever it mostly makes sense

But the "Chakra of Rhythm" reads "20% chance to build an additional combo on hit"

Even if it were a chance to generate an additional combo on power charge consumption, it still doesn't work, it feels very unintuitive

With some testing, I believe flicker strike can also generate multiple volatility -- could be wrong on that one though
