Hello,

Whatever I equip I can't change the cast speed of my spells.
I tried for instance equiping Rapid Casting II on several spells, allocating and desallocating passives nodes (overzealous) and equiping and desequipping equipments (pearl ring) and the cast speed stays at the base value.

None of my equipment and nodes reduce my cast speed. I play as a Blood Mage.
