Game crashing due to unavailable animations - Plunder's Point not loading

The game keeps crashing due to an error with animations - error message disappears quickly but from what I can see it says something to the effect of "unable to get animations."

Unsure if this is related, Plunder's Point also will not load the kaluguran treasures or explosives. It did my first instance, but when I tried to load another instance it no longer shows anything.
