No access to NPC Ange's shop links in the Refuge- PS5 PRO

I'm having a problem with Path of Exile 2. NPC Ange isn't showing the shop and market links in the Refuge, even though I purchased the trade tab and converted two prize chest tabs to Trade. I'm level 73, PS5 PRO.
