Energy Shield leech bugged - Tornado Shot not working with thrown spear skills

ES leech doesn't proc off of Palm Of The Dreamer explosions while using Spire Of Ire and Essentia Sanguis. Got so much chaos damage on Chayula I doubt it even procs off of any chaos damage.
