Spectres sometimes not attacking standing still, wandering away and sprinting back without attacking

This is happening to me with lightless vengewing. Only way to "fix" them is to unsummon and resummon but they bug out consistently enough that it makes it unplayable. Bug seems to happen only after sprinting.
