Blasphemy 2nd weapon slot bug

Blasphemy is not working when weapon swapping, even when all requirments are met

Desecrate does not work when weapon swapping, even if all requirements are met.
In my case, Elemental Conflux from the first weapon does not function.
On the second weapon, Desecrate is activated, but only one of them can exist at the same time, even though both weapon setups have enough Spirit.
