Guild Carry Over

We've bought a bunch of stash tabs for our guild as well as donated most of our hideout and mapping device. I tried searching for it but I can't seem to find the correct answer.
1.What happens to the guild when 0.4 comes out? 2.In the case of the guild being deleted, if I remember correctly the stash tabs gets deleted together with the guild. Do we need to purchase new guild stash tabs every league reset? 3.Since we can only donate the MTX hideout/mapping device once, does it mean that when the new league comes out, and the guild doesn't get carry over to the league the hideout is forever locked in standard league?
