Purchase of poe1 and it doesn't work in poe2

Hello, I bought the Oblivion Armor skin in Poe1 to put it on my Poe2 characters. But it doesn't appear in Poe2. Does it currently not work in Poe1? Will they put it in at some point? If not, is there a way to recover or more coins in the game to spend them on something else that does work in Poe2? Thanks for answering

The plan is to redo all POE1 skins to work in POE2. The art team is mostly working on acts 5/6 now, so it probably won't happen for a while. I don't expect them to change the plan because doing so will let them use the better POE2 models in POE1 and not have to rig new MTX on two sets of models in the future.
Unfortunately I think the only way to confirm an MTX works in both games is to confirm it's in both stores. AFAIK There are only a few POE2 only skins, so that would be the place to start. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
